Sonoma Mountain Village ‘Community Benefits Agreement’

Section VIII states that there are going to be 1900 residential units built. Section X (G) (1) states that there will be no increase in water usage above the current allocation. The allocation had better be pretty huge. All housing, affordable or not, places additional demands on the water supply. We, the existing residents of Rohnert Park and Cotati, have a conflict of interest with developers that will become more acute as our lawns dieand we are surcharged for water..
I also noticed that they are going to have space for “community groups”. Somehow I doubt that anybody who is politically incorrect is going to be allowed free space n this development. Since I am politically incorrect I will be applying for space for the Rohnert Park Utility Consumers Coalition, an organization that is politically incorrect to both Codding and this “Coalition for Accountable Development”.
